UPVC Replacement Door Handles

As time passes the handles on your doors will wear out and will require replacement. In this case, it is important that the new handles match the dimensions of the previous handle.

Inline Lever/Lever

A lever door handle is a modern handle that can be put in on doors that are new or replacement. This style of handle is available in various styles and finishes. A number of manufacturers make this handle, including Avocet ERA, Fullex, Hoppe, Mila, Millenco & Yale.

Some cylinders have extra features that can improve security, like anti drill or anti bump properties.

To make sure that the euro cylinder is of the right size for your door, it should be measured accurately. The cylinder should be measured from the hole in the center of the fixing screw to the other end of the cylinder and the thumb turn if you have one. If you are unable to measure using the lock in its position, you can take it out of it. A cylinder that protrudes beyond the handle and escutcheon could be vulnerable to attacks, such as snapping locks, therefore it is crucial that it is not too long.

The design of the latest cylinders comes with anti-drilling as well as bump resistance features. These are designed to reduce the chances of an attack by causing the cylinder to rotate in the opposite direction. This can help deflect the attack and keep your doors safe.
